Dennis Theodosis - Chief Executive Officer

Dennis brings extensive experience across engineering, finance, and strategic leadership. He began his career in automotive engineering research and development before moving into senior financial services roles across Asia, where he led large-scale transformation programmes. Prior to joining DAX Partners, he managed a global technology and mining equities portfolio, demonstrating outperformance across market cycles.

Peter Carter - Lead Analyst

Peter is an analyst with over a decade of stock-picking and investment experience. Prior to joining DAX Partners, Peter was at Fidelity International where he had a strong track record of alpha generation across a wide range of sectors and geographies; covering Greater China financials (inc. banks, insurers, brokers, fintech and asset managers), regional tech hardware & industrial automation and LatAm/EMEA telecoms & tech. He also had a leading role in recruiting and coaching the analyst team as well as managing a number of projects to improve investment processes.
